Describe Yourself:
Susan Warhus, MD is a physician and a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. She co-founded the largest all female practice in the state of Arizona. During her clinical practice, she had the pleasure of delivering more than 3000 babies.
After 18 years of practicing medicine, Dr. Warhus assessed her life priorities and left private practice. She decided to reach a wider audience and pursue her life long dream of becoming a writer, speaker, and patient educator for women's health issues.
Dr. Warhus serves on the advisory board for Childbirth Graphics, the largest U.S. childbirth education product company. She is associated with Prepared Childbirth Educators and My Local Pregnancy organizations. Dr. Warhus has written two books on pregnancy and childbirth and is looking forward to her third book's publication on the topic of fertility. She also contributes articles for various women's and health magazines.
